Meet Our Team

We're proud of the pros who make up the team at McAfee.

	Greg McAfee is founder and President of McAfee. As the story goes, he started in 1990 with $274, a used pick up truck and a dream. His motivation and drive to improve everyday makes McAfee one of the top HVAC companies in the Miami Valley area. Greg will tell you what makes his company successful is the great people he surrounds himself with.
	Patty H. is the Controller/Office Manager. Her 30+ years of accounting and management experience keeps our office staff strong and our finances in order. Patty is known for her great attitude and exceptional attendance record. She has been with McAfee for 6+ years.
	Angie D. is our Customer Service Specialist. She also assists in dispatching and routing the Service technicians. Although she took a year off from McAfee, she has been with us for close to 5 years. Angie is very efficient in resolving any challenge a customer may have and is a great asset. We are glad to have her back on our team!
	Amy C. is an Assistant Bookkeeper. She is known for her great personality and energy that keeps the office moving. Amy recently had a new baby and is presently working part-time. She has been with McAfee almost 3 years.
	Phyllis C. is an Administrative Assistant. She is full of energy and is known for completing tasks quickly and accurately. She brings a burst of fun to the office!
	Tammy D. fills our Public Relations position. She calls on a variety of places from Doctors and Veterinarians offices to Pharmacies and Day Care Centers. She creates new business for McAfee. Meeting new people is no challenge for Tammy because she never meets a stranger.
	Missie N. fills our 2nd shift Customer Service/Administrative position. Missie brings 20+ years of administrative experience to our team and is a great asset. Although very young, Missie has raised four boys and two of them are serving in the military. We are glad to have Missie on the McAfee team!
	Chris B. is the Service Manager and has been with McAfee almost 14 years. Chris started here out of High School/Trade School and has excelled ever since. He has his degree from the Universal Technical Institute and is certified in different HVAC systems. He is the Guru of troubleshooting and N.A.T.E. Certified as well.
	Kevin T. is the Installation Manager. Kevin is detail-oriented, thorough, and extremely competent. He has been with McAfee for 8+ years and personally inspects every installation. His many years experience in the HVAC industry allows him to be very diversified.
	Jim M. is the Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning Manager. Jim served in the Navy for several years and has HVAC experience. His thorough cleaning methods go above and beyond our competition. Jim is a Certified Master through the (IICRC) The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. We will not forget Jim’s first day of employment because it was 9/11.
	Jason G. is a Service Technician who came to McAfee during his Trade School years as a Trainee. Jason is a very fast learner and a great technician. He is N.A.T.E certified and is known to take on any job without a complaint. He has been with McAfee for 5+ years.
	Dwayne S. is a Lead Installer. He brings over 30 years experience and knowledge to the team. He is very dependable, reliable and has what we call “sticktivity”, meaning he stays with a job until it’s not only done, but done right! He has been with McAfee for 5+ years.
	Kip D. is an Installer. He is a sheet metal Fabricator who loves installing. He brings a great attitude to the team. He doesn’t let anything get him down. He is very flexible and does not mind doing different jobs everyday. Kip has been with the company for 4+ years.
	Nate A. is an Air Duct Cleaner. There is not any ductwork made that Nate can’t clean. He loves a challenge and is very flexible in what he does. He has been with McAfee for a little over 2 years.
	Chris H. is an Installer. He is known for his ability to learn quickly and has a “take on any challenge” attitude. Although he’s been with McAfee less than a year, he is a great asset to the team.
	Ron M. is a Service Technician. He brings many years experience to the team and is known for his skilled trouble shooting ability, his great attitude and cheerful personality. Although he recently became of part of the McAfee team, he is already being asked for by name.
	Rich B. is a Service Technician. He recently transferred up here from the sunny state of Florida. He brings over a decade of experience to the team. This easy going Tech is most known for his happy, laid back personality and is a great asset to the McAfee team.
	Denny C. is an Air Duct Cleaner. He is a very hard worker and can be very flexible on performing different jobs throughout the day. If he’s not working you can find Denny in the gym.
