Who says you can't have it all? Our McAfee "Hybrid" Home Comfort System gives just that! We combine a heat pump and a gas furnace to provide the ultimate in comfort and efficiency.

During the hot summer months, the heat pump keeps you cool. As autumn temperatures cool down, the heat pump takes over the job of keeping you warm. Once temperatures reach freezing, the gas furnace takes over for continued comfort.

No more need to pay for natural gas when you just want to take the chill off the air in autumn and spring. The heat pump can be more cost effective in these temperatures than a gas furnace.

What Does an Air Handler Do?

Air handlers work in partnership with heat pumps to deliver a steady flow of air -- and comfort.

McAfee air handlers are designed for long-lasting, quiet performance. The drain pan in our air handlers is designed with a heat-resistant polymer to resist corrosion. They're treated with Microban antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and bacteria.

What Does an Evaporator Coil Do?

The job of the evaporator coil is to cool the air and remove humidity. McAfee will choose the correct evaporator coil for your home which will increase efficiency and comfort.

How Much Could You Save?

By upgrading to a 16 SEER air conditioner or heat pump, you could see substantial savings depending on two things: 1) Energy costs, 2) the efficiency of your current system.
