We had a new McAfee system installed today. The installers were professional and they worked 10 hours straight to complete the job. The system is great, we had a very positive experience.

We had a new McAfee System installed. McAfee was very professional and they actually did “Repair Our Air”!!! We highly recommend them!

We contacted McAfee to have our air ducts cleaned. I was so pleased with the service I received, beginning with the ladies I spoke to on the phone. They were always so pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. When the men came to our house they were so courteous, friendly and professional. They fulfilled every promise and treated my house like it belonged to a family member. That was our first experience with McAfee, and we have since become dedicated customers! Thank you for the great service!

I wanted to share my experience with McAfee heating and Air. Earlier this month, my furnace started acting up. It was a 18 year old system and I knew it needed to be replaced. I was hoping to make it survive until after the holidays and contacted McAfee. The service team came to my home twice ( during evening hours) trying to rectify the issue and I was immediately impressed. They did all they could to keep that old system running and took the time to explain what they were trying to do as well as the possibility of it not working. After a couple attempts, we realized it was hopeless… I needed a new system. The sales team worked with me to find a system that met my needs and scheduled a time that was convenient for me. I was continually kept informed by the operations staff as to changes in the schedule and even contacted when the team was on the way. The gentlemen that installed the system we consummate professionals. The were respectful of my home and you could not even tell they were there as they left my basement just as it was when they entered. They took the time to explain the new system not only to me but my wife and mother-in-law as well. Needless to say, McAfee heating and Air has a customer for life!

My heat pump and furnace went out and we couldn’t figure out what went wrong. Kevin showed up and within an hour had checked all the components, diagnosed and repaired the problem. Words can’t begin to describe how satisfied I am with services provided. He answered every question I had and offered all his knowledge about the best way to operate my systems.

I recommend to anyone needing HVAC work to call and have your people out. It was a very reasonable amount very well spent.

I filled out the little postcard review of services, but that doesn’t really tell how totally satisfied I am with Greg McAfee and his people. Mike and Landon arrived in a timely manner, set about cleaning my ducts and left my home cleaner than it was when they arrived. Their attention to detail was unlike anything I have ever experienced.
Maybe they could come back once a week to clean my house (hahaha). Greg, you certainly have developed a business model for success.
You have a great product(s), wonderful service, fair prices and employees who really care about doing a great job. Thank you.

Our furnace went out in the early morning hours on Saturday. I call & explained our financial status due to I’m unemployed & the caregiver for my 87 yr old Mother. We are living on her SS each month which is not much. The Customer Service rep Ali & the Tech Dan great. They both worked with us to get us heat & set-up payment arragements that we are able to afford. Its is nice to know that there are still caring kind people willing to work with others when they are in a time of need. Thank you again & God Bless!

I had my duct’s cleaned and was very satisfied with the work .
Mike and Dan are very professional and consistently went above and beyond the job to satsify. I will definitely recommend McAfee to all my friend’s and family

We recently called for service on our a/c unit. The technician was there within 45 min. We were so pleased by the professional & super prompt response We are glad we chose McAfee to install our unit and would recommend them. The comfort club is also a good benefit
