"First system check while in the Silver service. Roe Harbut was great. He was courteous and took the time to make sure we understood what he was doing and why. He explained the need for a new Thermostat as ours was old. He also explained why our current Carbon Monoxide detector was not really protecting us. He then finished by showing us the booklet about upgrading to the Gold Service and it's benefits. We bought all 3! He also encouraged us to go online to check out new heating and air systems. He is a big asset to your company and deserves special recognition."
