Duct Work
"From receptionist, to the team that came out, the experience was great! Scheduling was easy and the the receptionist that took my appointment was kind and even explained the process to me. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were very courteous, explained every step, wore booties to respect our carpet (which was a plus) and did a great job with the cleaning. Ducts push out more air and the air feels cleaner. Price is reasonable and would recommend their comfort plan for our AC and furnace checkup which offered a discount on the duct cleaning. "

"Your team arrived on time and did a professional job cleaning all of our air ducts. They even pulled out a 20 year old Coke can from the vents, yet our vents had supposedly been cleaned by another company less than 10 years ago. They were efficient, very friendly and cleaned up when finished! We will definitely use McAfee in the future."

"Just had my spring check up and met Nathan. He did a service check on our air conditioner and as always, was very efficient. He also set up an appointment for a new furnace estimate. "

Service Call
"I called at 8:00 am the day after the Labor Day weekend to request a service call for my A/C which was not working, expecting to hear that it would be several days before someone could respond. I was surprised to be told someone would be here between 11:00 and 1:00. Then, the technician called at 10:16 to let me know he would be here even earlier than expected. With an older unit, I was prepared to hear that we would need a new system. However, Charles immediately discovered a burned out capacitor, replaced it, and had us back in operation. We obviously will need to replace our A/C in the next year or so. There is no question that we will call upon McAfee for that service."
Furnace Checkup
"Just had winter furnace checkup by Cameron. He was very helpful answering my questions and explaining products. Good job by dedicated employee from a good company!"
Great job
"Mike and Andrew busted their butts at my house for 3 hours to clean my ductwork. Put protectors on the corners of my walls, swept up all their messes (there weren't that many), and cleaned out a bunch of old dust. Very professional, did a great job."
Furnace cleaning today.
"Troy came to our home today for an annual furnace inspection. He was on time, courteous, and got done in a timely manner. When the furnace was done, he took time to check out our Carbon Monoxide machine. He replaced ours with a new one, and took the time to explain to me how to use it, and what to look for if something was going wrong. He also did a quick look at our AC as the bathroom light blinked when it came on this morning. He suggested we hose the cord off, and the sides, and it will be good. He was pleasant, and did an excellent job."
Check-up and heads-up
"Got a Comfort Club AC checkup. Technician was thorough, polite and explained everything. Even gave us a heads-up that our old AC unit was using an old refrigerant that is phased out and will be illegal and unavailable Jan 2020, so we can plan for it."
