Job Description
Dayton’s top residential HVAC Company is seeking a highly-motivated, full-time Office Manager. Ideal candidate must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to ever-changing business and seasonal demands.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Great customer service and phone etiquette: scheduling and dispatching for our Service, Air Duct Cleaning and Installation Department.
- General office skills: create, manage and maintain reports.
- Technology skills: working comfortably with office software programs and dispatching software.
- Administrative skills: filing, writing ability, time-management, problem-solving skills, planning skills, and able to multi-task.
- Professional appearance: Both with self and working area.
- Manage and lead customer service team
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 8 years customer service experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Proven leadership ability
