  1. If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
  2. Club Member must already have a working humidifier to perform maintenance. Does not include filter change. Excludes steam humidifiers. This service is performed during the Furnace Tune-Up visit.
  3. If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Maintenance has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Maintenance per year. Tanked water heater flushes are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment.
  4. Accessible cleanout necessary. Excludes: Area Drains and Roof Drains. Drain clearing purchase necessary for complimentary camera inspection.
  5. Comfort Family Membership must stay current through date of service. Offer applies to HVAC system, whole home repiping, whole home water filtration system, sewer replacement and tankless water heater purchased from McAfee.
  6. The original 2-year parts and labor warranty on any McAfee repair(s) performed while a Comfort Family Member will be extended to a period of 3 years from the date of repair as long as you remain an uninterrupted Comfort Family Member. Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, refrigerant leaks and drains.

Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation.
